Our Story
Glove Up was created in Perth, Western Australia, by former Australian Boxer, Claire Ghabrial. Despite a long lasting career amongst 3 different combat disciplines , Claire found her purpose outside of the square ring.
Through the ups and downs that sport and life can bring she learnt that only WE have power to change the way we deal with it. We can sit and wallow in our BS or we can Get Out Of Our Own Way.
Glove Up was the name of her Boxing Personal Training business that she registered back in 2007, to simply mean put your gloves on.
“Punch Your Fears Away” a tag line that came to her one day on a run, simply means to get out of your own way.
In 2023 Claire rebranded Glove Up to have a strong emphasis on the G and launched clothing in 2024.
The G now means so much more.
