Boxing Bootcamps – Are a fun, interactive & different way to increase your fitness and core strength, with sessions consisting of boxing, running and functional training you are guaranteed to see improvements. Bootcamps run for 5 weeks 3 mornings a week at different locations around Perth and are suitable for all levels of fitness. Your first and last session’s of the camp will be a fitness test and you will be sure to see some amazing results in that time. Every botcamper receives a EVERLAST BAG containing a Everlast skipping rope and drink bottle, a great training bag for the camp.
